Salary: £32,916 to £51,048 per annum, pro rata.
Contract type: Permanent.

About the Role
The Governing Body of Annecy Catholic Primary School is looking to employ an enthusiastic and successful Inclusion Manager SENDCo.
We are looking for a SENDCo/Inclusion manager who:
- Is passionate about inclusion and firmly believes that every child can succeed.
- Shares our conviction that getting it right for our most vulnerable learners leads to better outcomes for all children.
- Has a good understanding of SEND legislation, the SEND Code of Practice and current inclusive practices.
- Can lead and champion high-quality SEND provision across the school.
- Works collaboratively with staff, parents, external agencies and the wider community to secure the best outcomes for pupils.
- Is able to support, coach and develop colleagues, recognising that inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
- Has high expectations for all pupils and is committed to removing barriers to learning.
- Uses accurate assessment and analysis to identify needs, monitor progress and evaluate the impact of provision.
- Can balance strategic leadership with practical day-to-day support for pupils and staff.
- Builds positive, trusting relationships with children and families, particularly those facing challenges.
- Is an effective communicator, able to advocate confidently for pupils with SEND.
- Is reflective, resilient and committed to continuous professional development.
- Will contribute positively as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to shape the strategic direction of the school.
- Demonstrates warmth, compassion and an unwavering commitment to ensuring that every child feels valued, included and able to thrive.

Additional Information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
