Job Description
We are seeking a committed and well-organised Inclusion Officer to support the effective coordination of Enfield’s Fair Access and pupil exclusion processes. This important role will involve organising and minuting Fair Access Panels, liaising with schools, families and partner agencies, and providing clear advice and guidance in relation to suspensions, permanent exclusions and the placement of vulnerable pupils. The successful candidate will play a key part in helping to ensure that children and young people are supported appropriately and that statutory processes are followed accurately and consistently.
You will need excellent communication, organisational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information professionally and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of working in education, local government or a related public service setting would be an advantage, along with the ability to analyse data, prepare reports and contribute to positive outcomes for pupils at risk of exclusion.
