Inclusion Support Assistant Vacancy
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team.
This is a term-time only position, plus INSET days. This post is initially until 31/08/2027 but subject to funding.
32.5 hours per week
About The Role
As the Inclusion & Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning by:
- Delivering engaging and effective learning experiences
- Supporting pupils individually, and in small groups, to help them achieve their full potential
- Encouraging pupils’ social, emotional and educational development
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Contributing to the wellbeing and safeguarding of all pupils
- Supporting the class teacher to deliver our well designed curriculum and provide regular assessment feedback
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Minimum Level 3 TA qualification
- Previous experience of supporting with SEN
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently and use their initiative when required
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
- Be committed to supporting children’s learning and development
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, patience and a nurturing approach
