Inclusion Support Assistant Vacancy

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team.

This is a term-time only position, plus INSET days. This post is initially until 31/08/2027 but subject to funding.

32.5 hours per week

About The Role

As the Inclusion & Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning by:

  • Delivering engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Supporting pupils individually, and in small groups, to help them achieve their full potential
  • Encouraging pupils’ social, emotional and educational development
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
  • Contributing to the wellbeing and safeguarding of all pupils
  • Supporting the class teacher to deliver our well designed curriculum and provide regular assessment feedback

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Minimum Level 3 TA qualification
  • Previous experience of supporting with SEN
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and use their initiative when required
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
  • Be committed to supporting children’s learning and development
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, patience and a nurturing approach
