Inclusion Support Assistant - Bury
Location: Bury and surrounding areas
Rate: £92.63-£123.83 per day
Contract: Long-term | Temp-to-perm opportunities
Start: Various start dates

SEND Inclusion Support is building a pool of experienced Inclusion Support Assistants for long-term opportunities across Bury.
Our schools support pupils with a wide range of SEND, and we're looking for people who can adapt their approach rather than expecting every pupil to respond in the same way.
You might be supporting a pupil who needs additional help with learning, communication, social interaction, emotional regulation or simply finding their place within school.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping pupils access classroom learning
- Breaking down tasks and adapting activities
- Supporting communication and interaction
- Encouraging independence
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and regulation
- Helping pupils develop confidence
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Who we're looking for
This Could Suit An Experienced
- Teaching Assistant
- SEN TA
- Learning Support Assistant
- Behaviour Support Assistant
- SEND Support Worker
- Inclusion Practitioner
You'll need experience working with children or young people and a genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs.

Experience of autism, SEMH, complex needs or specialist education would be particularly useful.
