We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Tutor
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Tutor to join our SEND Team and make a meaningful difference to the educational experience of our students.
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Support identified learners to access the curriculum successfully, with a particular focus on reading fluency, literacy development, and inclusive learning practices.
- Work closely with colleagues across the school to deliver targeted intervention programmes, track student progress, and provide personalised support that enables every learner to reach their potential.
Your opportunity
The successful candidate will play a vital role in removing barriers to learning, helping students develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive in the classroom and beyond. Using evidence-informed strategies and tailored interventions, you will contribute directly to improving outcomes for students with additional learning needs and ensuring an inclusive environment where all learners can succeed.

The successful candidate will need to:
- Have experience of working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Be committed to inclusion and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Be a proactive member of the team with a can-do approach.
- Be flexible and committed.
- Be passionate about the students’ learning and welfare.
- Be keen to be part of the wider school community.

The Details
- Start Date: September 2026
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Hours: Full-time or Part-time considered (Term time only 39 weeks including INSET) Please state preferred working hours on application form.
- Pay Scale: GLF Specialist £27,061 - £35,984 FTE (Dependent on experience)
- Actual Salary: £23,280.42 - £30,956.82 (Based on 36hrs a week)
- Closing Date: Thursday 3rd September at 9.30am
- Interview Date: TBC
