We are looking to appoint two Inclusion Workers to join our passionate and hardworking team at Ethos College.
The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement whilst supporting learning and securing pupils’ physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting our young people in helping them reach their full potential.
