Inclusive Coach / Intervention - Specialist (SEN)
Swindon | Full/Part time available | £85-£110 per day | September 2026 Start
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and child-centred Inclusive Coach / Intervention Specialist to join our welcoming school based in Swindon to provide personalised support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is focused on removing barriers to learning, promoting inclusion, and delivering targeted interventions that enable the child to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
This Inclusive Coach/ Intervention Specialist role involves working closely with teachers, using evidence-based strategies to develop personalised interventions that support communication, emotional regulation, independence, sensory needs, and engagement in learning. You will be an advocate for inclusive practice, helping to ensure the children are fully included in all aspects of school life.

The Role
As an Inclusive Coach, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, personalised interventions tailored to the child's individual strengths and needs
- Support the child to access learning by adapting strategies, resources, and approaches
- Monitor, evaluate, and record the impact of interventions, adapting approaches where necessary
- Promote positive behaviour through proactive, restorative, and child-centred approaches
About You
This Inclusive Coach / Intervention - Specialist (SEN) would be suitable for:
- Has knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and evidence-based interventions
- Is compassionate, patient, and committed to achieving the very best outcomes for every child
- Is reflective, adaptable, and able to tailor support to meet individual needs
- Has experience working with children or young people with Special Education Needs (SEN)
- Can build strong, positive relationships with children
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

What we offer

- £85-£110 per day, depending on experience
