About the Team & Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to manage the delivery of WorkWell, an innovative health and employment programme helping people with health conditions and disabilities overcome barriers to work.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile service that brings together health, employment, community and voluntary sector partners to support people to stay in work, return to work, or move closer to employment.
As WorkWell Delivery Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, drive performance and quality, build strong partnerships across Gloucestershire, and ensure residents receive person-centred support that makes a real difference to their lives.
About you
We're looking for someone who can:
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver excellent outcomes
- Build strong relationships across health, local government, VCSE and employment sectors
- Manage contracts, performance and resources effectively
- Use data and insight to drive continuous improvement
- Champion inclusion, innovation and collaborative working
This role would suit someone with experience in employment, health, public service, social care or programme delivery who is passionate about improving outcomes for people facing barriers to work.
