£25,948.89 per annum
We are looking for a highly organised Income Administration Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoys combining these with strong administrative skills to make a real impact. In this role you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our busy Income Management Team. Working closely with colleagues in the Income Management Team, you will provide a high standard and efficient support service to the Income Management Team and deal with queries, face to face by letter and via the telephone. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to contributing positively to the work of the Income Management Team.
What We Are Looking For
- You'll deliver high standard of customer service to all internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
- You'll provide an efficient administration service to support the Income Management Team, including data input, data extraction, photocopying and filing.
- You'll liaise effectively with other specialist teams in the pursuance and avoidance of debt.

- Good knowledge of Universal Credit and the impact to our business and our customers.
