Location (UK): Office Hybrid - Sheffield

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £25,081.00 per annum

About The Role

Income and Engagement Operations Administrators ensure donation income and supporter data are processed accurately and promptly, whilst providing support for financial reporting, underpinning supporter experience and enabling organisational growth. Key tasks include responding to enquiries by email and phone, as well as sharing information quickly and escalating issues promptly.

About You

If your knowledge, skills and experience include the following then we’d love to hear from you:

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service or administration role, delivering excellent service across all channels.
  • Strong understanding of administrative and financial processes, with keen attention to detail, problem solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload whilst identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements, and experience in maintaining accurate records and using a CRM to manage supporter data.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and organisational skills to manage and prioritise personal workload to meet deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills, to build rapport and respond empathetically to a wide range of enquiries.
  • Ability to maintain a calm, positive, and professional approach in a busy supporter-focused environment.
  • Proactive attitude to identifying opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, Microsoft Office, and online payment systems.
  • Natural collaborator.
