We are seeking a dynamic and suitably experienced individual to lead Action Deaf Youth’s income generation and fundraising activity that enables us to continue to securely deliver high-quality services to deaf children, young people and their families.

Action Deaf Youth (formerly NIDYA) was established in 1988 to support Deaf children and young people across Northern Ireland. The charity delivers age-appropriate programmes from early years through the teenage years, focusing on communication, social inclusion, and personal development. Our work aims to improve quality of life, build confidence, and foster inclusion at every stage of a young person’s development. Action Deaf Youth partners with families, communities, and professionals to create accessible, supportive environments where Deaf children and young people can thrive.
