Income Generation Project Manager
Salary: £40,778 pro rata (Country-wide) £43,903 pro rata (Greater London)
Location: York, Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Cambridge, Swindon, Bristol or Portsmouth
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract: 2-year fixed-term contract
Hours: Part-time, 0.5 FTE
Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an income generation portfolio and associated projects and initiatives.
Working closely with senior governance stakeholders, colleagues responsible for philanthropy and income development, external partners and multidisciplinary project teams, you will manage projects that support income generation objectives. The role may also include line management responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of an income generation portfolio.
- Plan and deliver projects and initiatives supporting income generation objectives.
- Work closely with senior governance stakeholders and support effective portfolio governance.
- Collaborate with colleagues responsible for philanthropy and income development.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external collaborators and partners.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams.
- Analyse information and present findings clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Undertake line management responsibilities where required.

Requirements
- Demonstrable project management and delivery experience.
- A relevant project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, Agile or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with and/or supporting governance boards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyse and present information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
Desirable
- Project management and delivery experience within commercial and/or business development environments, particularly on income generation initiatives.
