About the role
The Guinness Partnership is recruiting for an Income Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract based in Oldham. This is a part-time role working 1pm-5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 9am-5pm on Wednesday. We currently offer hybrid working, blending office days with days working from home.
You will be responsible for completing manual and system income processes accurately and in accordance with procedures and timetables, ensuring that ledgers are maintained and accounts are reconciled.

We are seeking a customer-focused individual with proven customer service experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a flexible and reliable team player with strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of adapting to change and managing priorities effectively. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
You will be able to demonstrate these essential skills:
- Proven customer service experience.
- A commitment to team working and the ability to adapt to change and be flexible.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.

Essential qualifications:
- Educated to level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English.
