Department: Business Development

What you’ll do...

Join Walmart as a Manager, Business Development, Marketplace Europe and play a key role in accelerating the growth and success of European sellers across Walmart’s global marketplaces.

In the past two years, we have seen promising growth from sellers based in the UK, Europe, and Türkiye selling on our marketplaces in the US, Canada, and Mexico. To support this growth, we have opened an office in London to provide better, localized support to sellers and accelerate their success on Walmart Marketplace.

You’ll drive onboarding and incubation, remove operational blockers, and create scalable processes that deliver a smooth and high-impact launch experience for DACH sellers. This role sits at the intersection of business development, operations, and seller enablement - ideal for a proactive, commercially minded operator who thrives in a fast-scaling, cross-border eCommerce environment.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if...

  • You have hands-on experience supporting sellers through onboarding, activation, and early growth in an eCommerce or marketplace setting.
  • You enjoy turning complex processes into scalable systems.
  • You’re data-driven and analytical, with a passion for improving conversion, time-to-launch, and seller satisfaction.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
  • You bring empathy for sellers combined with an execution-driven mindset and a bias for action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
