Job Opportunity for a 3D Designer
Apply if you are a 3D Designer from the UK, Australia, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, US, Canada and are able to work on GBP Hourly Rates without a base or fixed salary.
We are currently looking for a motivated 3D Designer to help expand our client base and drive new business. If you are a self-starter who thrives on Hourly Rates, owns your schedule, and loves 3D Design, this could be a great fit.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop 3D and/or 2D from concept to release.
- Develop static and animated 3D visualisations for marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, and social media platforms.
- Translate design concepts, sketches, and references into compelling 3D visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Optimise 3D assets for various platforms, including web, real-time applications, and interactive experiences.
- Perform post-production enhancements and prepare final deliverables suitable for print and digital media.
- Maintain organised project files, asset libraries, and documentation for seamless project execution.
- Proactively suggest creative improvements and innovative design solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D design and visualisation.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong passion for 3D and 2D designs and interactive experiences.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, lighting, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver visually impactful solutions with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- A creative mindset with the confidence to take ownership of design decisions and project outcomes.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and industry trends quickly.
- A portfolio showcasing 3D design projects, modelling, rendering, and visualisation projects is highly preferred.

Mandatory Tool Skills
- Blender.
- Cinema 4D (preferred).
- Maya.
- Nomad Sculpt.
- Adobe After Effects (basic compositing and motion graphics).
- Unreal Engine or Unity (preferred for real-time visualisation workflows).
