About The Role
We’re evolving the way we support our network of more than 100 independent retail partners across the UK, through a modern, insight-led account management approach.
As our Independent Account Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of independent retailers, helping them grow through regular virtual engagement, commercial planning, and tailored product recommendations. You’ll use sales data and reporting to identify opportunities, prioritise support, and drive both sell-in and sell-out performance across your accounts.
Working closely with the UK Wholesale team, you’ll be based in our London office three days per week, with occasional customer visits where they add commercial value.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of independent retail partners across the UK, building strong relationships through regular virtual engagement.
- Grow sales by identifying opportunities to increase sell-in, sell-out, product distribution and brand presence within your accounts.
- Analyse sales performance and customer data to identify trends, prioritise opportunities and develop targeted account plans.
- Provide customers with commercial recommendations, seasonal updates and product advice to help maximise performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts and support the continued growth of the independent retail channel.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance insights, using data to recommend actions and support commercial decision-making.
- Work closely with the wider Commercial, Marketing and Operations teams to deliver successful launches, promotions and customer initiatives.
- Continuously look for ways to improve how we support our independent retailers, helping shape and evolve our remote-first account management approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
