About The Role

We’re looking for quality assurance assessors from across all UKCP colleges to work closely with the regulation and quality assurance team. The role involves reviewing direct member reaccreditation submissions on behalf of UKCP colleges and providing feedback to ensure they continue to meet UKCP and college requirements in future.

This is a paid role (£25 per hour) and training is provided. It also counts as part of your professional development while providing an opportunity to work with other assessors in your respective college. By assessing and reaccrediting direct members, you will be ensuring the continued integrity of the UKCP register.

Time commitments can vary, depending on the number of submissions received in a year and the complexity of submissions. Generally, a submission will take approximately two hours (depending on the complexity of the submission) to review and provide feedback.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
