Independent Associate – Leadership & Personal Growth | Remote

Remote | Freelance | Flexible Schedule

There comes a point when success alone is no longer enough. Many accomplished professionals begin looking for something more—more growth, more freedom, more fulfilment, or a greater sense of purpose.

Not everyone is looking to start over. Sometimes it's about building something meaningful alongside what they've already created—something that supports their growth today while helping shape the future they envision for themselves.

We partner with a global organization in leadership and personal growth education, an industry experiencing continued growth worldwide. This opportunity allows you to work remotely, connect with individuals who have already expressed interest in the programs, and earn based on performance while building meaningful connections.

This is not a traditional 9–5 role. You can work part-time or full-time (minimum 15 hours per week), set your own schedule, and operate independently using proven systems, digital tools, and structured support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
