About Blueprint Code AI
Blueprint Code AI is an interactive commerce systems studio. We help businesses turn complex products and buying decisions into clear, guided digital experiences.
We work directly with retailers and manufacturers. We also partner with ecommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, branding and creative agencies that need specialist interactive capability they don't have in-house.
Our work is grounded in practice. We run our own flagship connected digital showroom for home cinema retail, where the tools we build are live and taking real orders from real customers. The work you'll be introducing is proven in a trading business, not just concepts.
The problem we solve
Many products are hard to buy online. They come in thousands of combinations, are made to order, need to fit a space, or carry prices that change with every option. Standard product pages can't handle that. Customers get confused, email questions, request quotes that go nowhere, or leave. Businesses lose sales and waste staff time on enquiries a better website would answer.
Our tools turn that complexity into a guided journey, so the customer understands the product, trusts the price, and buys.
What we offer
- Product configurators
Customers build a made-to-order product step by step (size, material, colour, finish, accessories) and see the result and price update live. Every configuration is valid and correctly priced, and flows straight into the cart or a quote. They suit furniture, screens, cabinetry, sportswear and kit, jewellery, signage, and any made-to-measure or bespoke range.
- Interactive 2D and 3D product views
Photoreal product models customers can rotate, zoom, recolour and inspect before they buy. They replace static photo sets, which can't show every combination, and are a strong fit for high-value products where confidence closes the sale. We deliver fully real-time 3D or pre-rendered, fast-loading views, depending on the product and the budget.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Guided selectors and product finders
Question-led tools that take a customer from "I don't know what I need" to the right product. They ask about the customer's space, use and budget, then recommend a shortlist with reasons. They suit technical ranges where customers don't know the specs, and they cut returns caused by wrong purchases.
- Room planners
Tools that show how a product fits and performs in the customer's own space, such as screen size against seating distance or furniture against room dimensions. They answer the "will it fit?" question that stalls so many purchases.
- Pricing calculators
Accurate live pricing for products priced by size, material, quantity or specification. The same pricing logic runs on the website and in the checkout, so the price shown is always the price charged, and staff stop quoting by hand.
- AI-assisted buying tools
Smart recommendations and guided help that answer customer questions in context, the ones a static product page can't. They are built on the business's own product data, so answers stay accurate and on-brand.
- Connected sales workflows
The systems behind the storefront: trade and dealer portals, account-based pricing, bulk quote requests, sales-rep attribution and commission tracking, built into existing WooCommerce and Shopify stores. These suit manufacturers and distributors selling to both consumers and trade from one website.
Who buys
- Retailers selling complex, configurable or high-value products online
- Manufacturers that want to sell direct or support a dealer network
- Distributors and wholesalers that need trade pricing and dealer accounts
- Agencies (ecommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, branding, creative) that want to offer interactive capability to their clients
How we deliver
Projects usually start with a short prototype sprint, a working demo on the client's own product, so they see value before committing to a full build. From there we move to production, integration with their store, and ongoing support or retainer work. Our demo-first approach gives you something concrete to open conversations with.

The role
We supply the leads. You research each one, decide whether it's a genuine fit, and open the conversation. Once a prospect is interested, you hand them to us and we handle follow-up, proposals and closing. You will:
- Research each lead's products, website and buying journey to judge whether our tools solve a real problem for them
- Identify the right decision-maker and tailor your approach to their business
- Run outreach by email, LinkedIn and phone to secure interest and a first conversation
- Hand qualified, interested prospects to our team with clear notes on their needs and opportunity
- Keep accurate records of research, outreach and handovers
What you'll earn
- 15% of gross profit on every project that closes from leads you qualify and hand over. Gross profit is the project value after VAT, less payment fees and third-party costs (subcontractors, plugins, 3D assets and hosting).
- You're credited for any deal that closes within 6 months of your handover
- Paid monthly, once the client has paid
- Retainer and ongoing support work earns commission for the first 12 months
- No cap on earnings
What you'll bring
- B2B outreach experience in technology or digital services: cold email, LinkedIn prospecting or calling
- Strong research skills, with the ability to review a business's website and products and see where our tools fit
- Clear, persuasive writing that gets replies from busy decision-makers
- The ability to explain digital products in plain business terms
- A self-directed, organised approach, comfortable working commission-only
Beneficial
- Familiarity with ecommerce, product configuration or SaaS
- Prior outreach to retailers, manufacturers or agencies
- Experience with CRM or outreach tools
- An existing network in furniture, home, AV, sportswear, jewellery or manufacturing
Working arrangement
This is a self-employed, commission-only partnership. You set your own hours and manage your own time. You'll be based in or around Reading.
