Company Description

PRISM Training Labs builds scenario-based training for customer support teams. Instead of drilling product knowledge and policy, PRISM trains the part normal training skips: how an agent actually investigates and works through a real, unfamiliar ticket — the thinking that separates a strong agent from a script-reader. Agents work real support tickets in live practice systems, with incomplete information and no script, and are scored and coached by the PRISM scoring engine on how they investigated and resolved the issue.

There's a free interactive demo on our site, so anyone can experience exactly how it works in a few minutes before committing to anything.

We're a product-led company looking to build a small network of independent sales partners to bring PRISM to the support and L&D teams who need it.

Role Description

This is an independent, commission-only B2B sales partner opportunity — not a salaried position. You work for yourself, from anywhere, on your own schedule, and add PRISM alongside the solutions you already sell. No exclusivity, no fixed hours, no territory restrictions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Prospects can try a free interactive demo before any sales conversation — the product proves itself first-hand, so a lot of your selling is already done before you're on a call. Your job is getting PRISM in front of the right people and guiding them from interest to signed customer. We handle onboarding, implementation and product support once they buy.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying organisations that would benefit from PRISM, particularly within customer support, CX, contact centres and L&D.
  • Reaching out to decision-makers through your existing network and outbound prospecting.
  • Qualifying opportunities to ensure they're a good fit for PRISM.
  • Introducing prospects to the free interactive demo as the first step in the sales process.
  • Following up with prospects and handling questions throughout the buying journey.
  • Running or arranging demonstrations where appropriate.
  • Preparing proposals and closing new customers with support from the founder when required.
  • Maintaining a simple pipeline of opportunities and providing occasional progress updates.
  • Building long-term relationships with the customers you introduce to encourage renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Working closely with the founder on larger or more strategic opportunities.
