Role Description
The Independent Business Development Consultant – Commission-Based is a remote, contract role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for Avenyra Global.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting outreach to local and international organizations
- Presenting Avenyra Global’s services across EOR, remote staffing, HR advisory, and workforce technology
- Managing the full business development cycle, including discovery calls, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
- Providing market feedback to support service refinement and regional growth

Performance Evaluation:
- Primarily based on revenue generation
- Successful client acquisition
- Contribution to strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Experience in HR, Human Capital, or workforce solutions, with familiarity in services such as EOR, remote staffing, HR outsourcing, and recruitment.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills across SMEs, startups, NGOs, BPOs, and international companies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly to diverse audiences.
- Comfort working independently on a commission-based, contract basis, with a self-driven, results-oriented approach and strong time management.
- Understanding of compliance, payroll, or workforce operations in UK or regional markets is an advantage.
- Prior experience in consulting, B2B sales, or professional services; background in HR, business, or related fields is beneficial.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRMs, and ability to work effectively in a remote, technology-enabled environment.
