Company Description
SRC Ecosystem is an AI- and blockchain-powered trade finance platform designed to close the $2.5 trillion trade finance gap for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). It combines AI-driven automation with real-world asset tokenization to deliver secure, transparent, and efficient financing solutions. The platform streamlines due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance to improve decision-making and access to capital. Through smart contracts and blockchain, SRC digitizes trade documents and ensures secure, immutable processing. It also connects SMEs with institutional investors from traditional finance and crypto markets, expanding liquidity via decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms.
Role Description
The Independent Commercial Partner role is a remote, commission-driven commercial position focused on expanding SRC Ecosystem’s global network of SME clients and institutional partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves:
- Managing commercial relationships
- Coordinating with internal teams to address client needs
- Providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention
Independent Commercial Partners are expected to:
- Monitor market developments
- Gather client feedback
- Contribute insights to improve SRC’s offerings and positioning
This role offers flexibility and autonomy while requiring consistent, professional engagement with stakeholders across traditional finance and crypto markets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and technology concepts clearly.
- Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, ideally in financial services, fintech, trade finance, or blockchain/crypto sectors.
- Background in Purchasing, procurement, or trade-related commercial operations is beneficial.
- Knowledge of trade finance, DeFi, or blockchain-based platforms and a strong interest in emerging financial technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and meet agreed commercial targets.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage for international client engagement.
- Relevant education in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
