EE & BT Group Broadband & Connectivity Solutions

Self- Employed | £40,000-£60,000+ OTE | Uncapped Commissions | Permanent Position

About Instant Connections

At Instant Connections, we believe the strongest customer relationships start with a real conversation.

We specialise in face-to-face customer acquisition, helping nationally recognised brands connect directly with the people they want to reach.

As our campaigns continue to expand across Kent, we're growing the sales team representing EE & BT Group broadband and connectivity solutions within residential communities.

We're looking for confident, motivated people who enjoy meeting others, working towards clear goals and having their earnings directly reflect their performance.

This is a field-based sales opportunity for people who want more control over what they can achieve.

The Opportunity

As an Independent Field Sales Partner, you'll represent EE & BT Group broadband and connectivity products through face-to-face residential sales.

You'll speak directly with homeowners, understand how they use their broadband and connectivity services, and introduce suitable EE & BT Group products based on their individual needs.

It's a straightforward, people-focused sales environment.

  • You meet customers.
  • You understand what matters to them.
  • You explain the options clearly.

And when there's a good fit, you guide them through the application process professionally.

Your earnings are performance-based and uncapped, meaning strong results have the potential to translate directly into stronger earnings.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day activity will include:

  • Speaking with homeowners through residential door-to-door sales
  • Introducing EE & BT Group broadband and connectivity solutions
  • Identifying each customer's individual requirements
  • Recommending suitable products and packages based on those needs
  • Explaining broadband speeds, Wi-Fi performance, packages and contract options clearly
  • Answering questions and overcoming concerns professionally
  • Guiding customers through the application and order process
  • Working towards personal sales and performance goals
  • Maintaining high standards of customer care, compliance and responsible selling
  • Working alongside experienced team leaders to improve your results

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is an active, face-to-face opportunity, so you'll spend the majority of your time out in residential communities rather than behind a desk.

Earnings & Performance

This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Typical on-target earnings are:

£40,000–£60,000+ OTE

There is no fixed ceiling on what you can earn.

Your income will depend on your individual sales performance, consistency and activity, and earnings are therefore not guaranteed.

For people who enjoy targets, competition and being rewarded for results, the structure offers significantly more control over earning potential than a traditional fixed salary.

Performance bonuses, incentives and recognition opportunities may also be available.

Full Training Provided

Previous telecommunications experience isn't required.

You'll receive structured initial training and ongoing coaching covering:

  • EE & BT Group product knowledge
  • Residential customer acquisition
  • Face-to-face communication
  • Consultative selling
  • Understanding customer needs
  • Objection handling
  • Closing and application processes
  • Responsible selling and compliance
  • Goal setting and performance improvement

You'll also receive continued coaching from experienced team leaders who can help you identify what's working, where you can improve and how to become more consistent.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who enjoy working with people and are comfortable being accountable for their own results.

You may be a strong fit if you're:

  • Confident speaking with new people
  • Competitive and motivated by targets
  • Positive and resilient
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Professional and customer-focused
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in residential areas
  • Willing to learn and apply feedback
  • Motivated by uncapped, performance-based earnings

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment, customer service or other customer-facing environments can be beneficial, but isn't essential.

As you develop your skills and demonstrate consistent results, there may be opportunities to progress into areas such as:

  • Team leadership
  • Sales coaching
  • Training and development
  • Campaign management
  • Wider management responsibilities

Progression is based on performance, professionalism and your ability to help others succeed.

Our Approach to Customers

Good sales isn't about pushing the wrong product.

It's about understanding the customer, communicating clearly and helping them make an informed decision.

Every recommendation should begin with the customer's individual needs.

Responsible selling, customer experience, compliance and quality are therefore central to the way our campaigns operate.

Performance and customer standards are monitored through internal quality processes, customer feedback and campaign measures.
