Independent Financial Adviser – Cambridgeshire – Up to £80,000
Are you a skilled and passionate financial adviser looking for a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level? A highly reputable IFA is seeking an experienced financial adviser to join their dynamic team. They are fiercely independent and have built up a reputation of one of the best IFA’s in Cambridgeshire.
They are a team of 10 advisers, and as a firm they working with over 700 private clients and families, worth over £500m AUM. Their focus is on providing a great serviced to mostly high net worth clients. They have a large client bank available for the adviser coming from retiring advisers within the business, providing a strong recurring income and no requirement on new business.
Position Overview
As an Independent Financial Adviser, you’ll have the chance to work within a collaborative environment, supported by a back-office team located in the Cambridge office. They have great local connections with a large amount of leads to follow up, and a strong team around to support you. They also offer a hybrid working schedule.

- Basic salary up to £80,000
- Performance-based bonus, un-capped bonus structure after validation
- 6% pension contribution

- 25 days of annual leave (increasing to 25 after 1 year and 28 after 2 years)
