An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Diploma-qualified Independent Financial Adviser to join a well-established and highly respected national financial planning firm.
This role sits within a specialist Private Wealth team, providing holistic financial advice to professional and high-net-worth clients. You’ll inherit support from an experienced team while continuing to develop your own client relationships and business pipeline.

The Role
- Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
- Conduct client fact-finds, annual reviews, and financial planning meetings.
- Prepare and present suitable financial recommendations tailored to clients’ objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Work closely with paraplanners and client support teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all advice meets FCA and internal compliance standards.

About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
- Previous experience providing regulated financial advice.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes.
- Commercially minded with an interest in developing new business.
- Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused.
