This isn't a traditional Financial Adviser vacancy.
We're looking for experienced, self-employed Independent Financial Advisers who want to stay independent, keep more of the income they generate, and benefit from robust compliance support.
When did you last compare your current proposition?
You find the clients. You build the relationships. You provide the advice. You generate the revenue.
So what are you getting in return for the percentage you're giving away?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for experienced Financial Advisers who are self-sufficient, commercially minded and committed to delivering excellent outcomes for their clients.
You'll need to be comfortable generating and developing your own business.
This is a self-employed opportunity, not a salaried position. BMSG Wealth does not provide administration or paraplanning support, so this proposition is best suited to established advisers who are comfortable running their own business.
We're happy to speak with advisers who are already independent, as well as experienced advisers currently operating within another firm, network or restricted proposition.
