Tudor Franklin is a growing independent financial planning firm dedicated to helping people worry less and live more through clear, honest financial advice. Since 2017, we have built a strong reputation for delivering personalised financial planning, exceptional client outcomes, and long-term trusted relationships.
Led by Chartered Associate advisers Bharat and Richard, we provide holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning, inheritance tax and business planning. Our success is built on putting clients first, maintaining the highest professional standards, and creating tailored strategies that help individuals and families achieve their financial goals.

What We're Looking For
- An experienced Financial Adviser with strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused financial planning.
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent), with a commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining the highest professional standards.
- Proven experience providing holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning to help clients achieve their long-term financial objectives.
- An individual who can build trust quickly and develop lasting client relationships through exceptional service and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- A commercially minded adviser who is motivated to develop and grow a client bank while maintaining a strong focus on client care and regulatory excellence.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy whilst contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring an efficient and compliant advice process from initial enquiry through to ongoing review.
- A desire to play a key role in the growth of a modern, ambitious advice business and help shape its future success.
- Good understanding of UK financial services regulation and compliance requirements.
- Chartered status, working towards Chartered, or holding advanced qualifications would be advantageous but is not essential.
