Job Description: Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
Location: Brentwood, Essex

We work across a broad range of financial planning areas, helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals with confidence and clarity.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join our dynamic team in Brentwood, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored financial planning advice.
- Advice Delivery: Offer expert advice across a range of financial products, including pensions, investments, protection, and inheritance tax planning.
- Portfolio Management: Regularly review client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Business Development: Generate new client opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Compliance: Ensure all advice and recommendations meet FCA regulatory requirements and company compliance standards.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify suitable financial products and solutions for clients.
- Administration: Work collaboratively with support teams to streamline the advice process.

Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (required).
Experience:
- Experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
- Proven track record of delivering advice across a range of financial planning areas.
- Existing client bank (desirable but not essential).
