Financial Adviser – Kimbolton £60,000–£65,000 + Established IFA Practice + Supportive Team Environment + Long-Term Stability + Relationship-Led Culture

Are you a Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser looking to join a well-established Independent Financial Advice practice where you can develop strong client relationships and play a key role in growing new business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established IFA practice with decades of experience, offering a stable, supportive, and collaborative working environment.

The business has built an excellent reputation through long-standing client relationships and a personalized approach to financial planning. The role will have a strong focus on both new business and relationship development, working with new and prospective clients from initial contact through to becoming established long-term clients.

The Role

  • Develop and manage new and prospective client relationships
  • Generate and convert new business opportunities
  • Meet clients, assess needs, and establish financial objectives
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant, tailored financial advice
  • Prepare, present, and implement recommendations
  • Advise across financial planning solutions, particularly GPP
  • Work closely with paraplanning and support teams to deliver a smooth client journey
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships
  • Ensure FCA and internal compliance requirements are met
  • Keep up to date with product, legislative, and regulatory changes
  • Support the continued growth of the practice

The Person

  • Level 4 qualified minimum
  • Experience in financial advice, ideally within an IFA
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and investment products
  • Experience with new business and prospective clients
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of FCA and regulatory requirements
  • Organised, professional, and commercially aware
  • Client-focused with a commitment to quality advice
  • GPP experience desirable
  • Proactive and able to work effectively within a close-knit team
