Experienced Financial Adviser
London | Hybrid Working
£65,000 – £80,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits
All leads provided | Full Paraplanning & Admin Support | Genuine Six-Figure Earning Potential
If you’re an experienced Financial Adviser who is already doing well, it probably takes a lot to make you consider moving.
This could be one of those opportunities.
I’m working with an established financial planning firm in London that has ambitious growth plans over the next five years and is looking for the right Adviser to become part of that journey.
What really stands out to me is the business itself. It’s a genuinely lovely, supportive firm that wants its advisers to succeed – and gives them the clients, infrastructure and support to do exactly that.
Why is this different?
You won't be expected to spend your time generating your own leads or getting tied up with administration.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
