Opportunity:

I am looking for a qualified IFA or small existing practice to join me in a new venture supporting our group clients with a new IFA practice. You would lead the business on a day-to-day basis, looking to maximize opportunities from our existing group as well as developing a wider marketing plan.

Whilst this is a new venture, we plan to build out the business via recruitment and acquisition.

If you are an experienced IFA looking for a leadership role and the opportunity to build equity or the sole proprietor of an existing small practice looking to grow with the help of a larger group, then please get in touch in complete confidence.

Company Description:

We currently have businesses operating in insurance, banking, and property with offices in North Manchester (Head Office), South Manchester, and Liverpool. Established in 1967, the core business is a professional firm of insurance brokers, serving clients across the North West and the wider UK. The firm works with organizations of all sizes and from diverse industry sectors, offering a full range of insurance broking services. The company is focused on impartial advice, long-term client relationships, and high-quality service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
