£26,265.12 + Excellent Benefits inc up to 31 days plus bank holidays and attractive pension scheme
Full Time (35 hours per week)

We are looking for an individual with experience within social care to deliver high-quality housing and support services for tenants within the associations over 55s housing schemes.
Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, you will play a vital part in fostering a positive culture, driving continuous improvement and supporting innovation and efficiency to help achieve Arawak Walton’s strategic goals
You will ensure the provision of high-quality services, effective risk management, and full compliance with health and safety requirements; while overseeing repairs and planned works to ensure they are completed to a high standard.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Support Services - Deliver support services to tenants, carrying out risk assessments and support plans with tenants and complete daily check-ins
- Tenant Involvement & Social Activities - Promote communication by involving tenants in decisions about the running of schemes. Facilitate events which promote tenant interaction.
- Scheme Management - Be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities and services, liaising with tenants about repairs and contractor access and report repairs
- Safeguarding responsibilities - Be alert to and recognise welfare issues and signs of abuse.

- Experience of working with older people
- Exceptionally high standard of customer care and service
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to promote and maintain a positive “can do” attitude
