Role Description
The Independent Marketing Director is a remote-based role focused on driving brand growth and revenue through strategic marketing and sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans, identifying and nurturing new markets, and promoting personal and leadership development offerings through digital and relationship-based channels. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions. The Independent Marketing Director will build and lead a small independent team, collaborate with global partners, and represent the brand in online events, webinars, and community spaces. This role offers autonomy, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to grow a scalable income stream aligned with personal and professional development goals.

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Marketing Management skills to design and implement effective campaigns and growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess Market Planning and Market Research skills to identify target audiences, evaluate trends, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue across multiple markets.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media outreach, and online lead generation is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a performance-based environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging diverse global audiences.
- Background in personal development, coaching, or entrepreneurship is an advantage but not required.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and basic proficiency with online tools and platforms.
