The opportunity

Independent Members - Audit & Risk Committee (2 posts)

NHS Resolution is seeking to appoint two Independent Members to its Audit & Risk Committee (ARC).

Please note that this is an 'in person' role.

This is an opportunity to contribute independent expertise and constructive challenge to an organisation that manages over £60 billion of provisions for clinical negligence and plays a vital role in supporting the NHS.

What You'll Be Doing

The successful candidates will provide independent insight, advice, and assurance to the ARC, the Board, and the Chief Executive in their role as Accounting Officer. Working alongside our Non-Executive Directors, you will help strengthen oversight of governance, risk management, internal control, financial reporting, and assurance.

What You'll Bring

We are seeking individuals with significant senior-level experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Audit and assurance
  • Finance and financial reporting
  • Governance and internal control
  • Risk management
  • Corporate leadership within complex organisations
