Who We Are
Reinvigoration is an operations consultancy that helps organisations transform their operations and sustain the results. We are at an important point in our growth, and we work with a trusted network of associates who bring specialist experience to our client engagements.
As an Associate Consultant, you will work hands-on with clients to assess their organisation, people and processes, and to design and implement improvements that deliver measurable results. You will bring strong analytical, facilitation and documentation skills, usually working alongside our consultants in blended delivery teams or completing standalone deliverables as part of a larger engagement.
Engagements vary in length, scope and intensity, and work is offered on an engagement-by-engagement basis. Your first engagement may be shorter, giving us both the chance to understand your skills and how you work. Joining our associate pool does not guarantee immediate work: some associates start on a project straight away, while for others the right opportunity takes longer to arise.
If that sounds like the way you like to work, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Work hands-on with clients to assess their organisation, people and processes, and make and implement recommendations for improvement
- Complete set deliverables to deadlines either as part of a blended delivery team or standalone
- Provide business analysis, including process mapping, data collection and qualitative and quantitative analysis, to inform decisions and evidence outcomes and business cases
- Work alongside client teams on engagements, taking an active hands-on role in the analysis
- Produce operational artefacts such as policies, standard operating procedures, RACIs and toolkits to support implementation
- Manage client subject matter experts and facilitate workshops
- Coach client teams in improvement methods, and prepare and deliver training
- Produce reports and presentations to a commercially publishable standard
- Identify where Reinvigoration's propositions could help clients, and contribute to proposals and tender responses

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
