Role Overview:
We are looking for an on-site, dedicated and motivated Pharmacist Prescriber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a remote weight loss service.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing patient consultations
- Prescribing medication when supply is appropriate
- Providing clinical guidance to patients
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical advice, medical counselling and prescriptions (within areas of competence) to patients through our online platform.
- Foster strong relationships with our online community, ensuring patients feel supported, and helping to build trust and loyalty in our services.
- Work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, adapting treatment plans as needed.
- Oversee the management of medication stock, ensuring safe and compliant use of all medications.
- Stay informed of new pharmaceutical developments, medications, and regulatory changes to ensure that all services meet the highest professional standards.
- Dispense medications accurately, ensuring full compliance with prescriptions and legal regulations.

Requirements:
- GPhC registration
- Independent Prescriber
- 6+ months of prescribing experience
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent understanding of UK pharmacy regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and safety standards.
- Commercially astute with a strong focus on achieving targets and KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service
