Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Description

Purple Pyramid is looking to connect with independent complementary practitioners such as osteopaths, physiotherapists, masseurs, acupuncturists and so on, who are seeking a professional welcoming space from which to run their own practice for a set number of hours each week.

This opportunity is suited to self-employed practitioners who already have, or are actively building, their own client base and are looking to hire a treatment or practice room within a multidisciplinary wellness environment. Practitioners will work independently, managing their own clients, bookings, and business operations, while benefiting from being based within a collaborative and like-minded practitioner community.

While this is an independent room hire opportunity rather than an employed role, we value practitioners who are professional, grounded, and open to being part of a respectful and connected working environment. As an Independent Practitioner, you will deliver holistic and therapeutic services tailored to individual client needs. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing therapy sessions, and supporting clients on their wellness journeys.
