About Aubridge Capital
Aubridge Capital is an ambitious global investment platform focused on sourcing, structuring and providing access to exclusive alternative investment opportunities for qualified private investors.
We operate a deal-by-deal investment model, providing investors with selective access to opportunities across private equity, private debt, venture capital and luxury real estate.
We are already working on a pipeline of live investment opportunities, with minimum investor tickets typically starting at €150,000.
As we continue to expand internationally, we are building a network of experienced and well-connected Independent Private Capital Partners across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced, entrepreneurial individuals who have an established network of HNWIs, UHNWs, family offices or other sophisticated private investors and are interested in monetising their relationships through access to differentiated investment opportunities.
This is not a traditional sales role.
You bring the relationships and investor access. Aubridge provides the opportunities, investment materials and transaction infrastructure, and manages the investment process through to completion.
Your role is to identify investors within your network who may have an interest in a specific opportunity and make the relevant introduction. Aubridge then manages the qualification, investment process and execution.
Your Role
As an Independent Private Capital Partner, you will:
- Leverage your existing network of HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices and sophisticated private investors
- Identify investors whose investment interests and profiles are relevant to specific Aubridge opportunities
- Introduce qualified investors to selected opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with Aubridge and become a trusted distribution partner for our investment opportunities
- Maintain an understanding of the investment themes and opportunities relevant to your network
- Work closely with the Aubridge team throughout the investor introduction and transaction process
- Develop your own investor coverage and opportunity pipeline over time

You will not be expected to source the investments, conduct due diligence, structure transactions or manage the execution process. These functions are handled by Aubridge and its investment and professional partners.

We are particularly interested in professionals with an established network among:
- Family offices and entrepreneurial families
- HNWIs and UHNWIs
- Entrepreneurs and business owners
- Professional athletes and their representatives
- Artists, entertainers and other high-profile individuals
- Wealth managers, private bankers and independent financial advisers
- Lawyers, accountants and other professional advisers
- M&A, private equity and investment professionals
- Sports agents and managers
- Luxury real estate, aviation, yachting and other high-end professional networks
- Other individuals with genuine access to private investors interested in alternative investments
You should have:
- A strong and demonstrable private investor network
- Existing relationships with decision-makers and/or principals
- Experience in private markets, wealth management, investment banking, family offices, entrepreneurship or another relationship-driven environment
- A strong understanding of investment products and the profile of sophisticated investors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently
- The credibility and discretion required to deal with HNW/UHNW investors
- A genuine interest in alternative investments
An existing investor network is essential. This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who can leverage relationships they have already built rather than individuals looking to develop a network from scratch.

Uncapped Commission-Based Economics
This is an independent, commission-only opportunity with no salary cap and no limit on earning potential.
Successful Private Capital Partners participate in the economics generated from the investors they introduce.
Because Aubridge operates on a deal-by-deal basis, we can share a portion of the economics generated by successfully introduced investors on qualifying transactions.
This means that a strong relationship can generate economics across multiple investments over time, rather than being limited to a single transaction.
The precise economics will depend on the transaction, investor and role of the partner and will be agreed transparently with successful candidates.
There is no requirement to invest your own capital.

The role is fully independent and can be performed remotely. We are open to candidates based in major private wealth and financial centres across these regions.
