Recruitment Partner (Self-Employed)
Location: Remote (UK)
Type: Self-employed, advertised as Contract (not permanent) to keep expectations aligned with the flexible working model
About the opportunity
This role is designed for recruiters who've built their skills on the delivery side of the business, sourcing, screening and managing process, and are ready to take ownership of the whole relationship, not just the workload.
Many recruiters reach a point where they want their effort to translate directly into reward, rather than watching credit and opportunity sit with whoever owns the client. This opportunity allows you to build a recruitment business where your input and your income are directly connected.
You'll be joining Myn as an independent Recruitment Partner, with the freedom to choose how you want to operate, whether that's building and growing your own client base, or focusing purely on recruiting against opportunities Myn generates for you.
What you'll be doing
- Focusing on the relationship-led parts of the process: qualifying opportunities, engaging candidates and closing placements, while Myn's AI and automation handle the rest.
- Building and growing your own desk within your chosen specialty, if developing your own client base.
- Developing long-term candidate relationships.
- Using Myn's AI-powered platform to manage recruitment activity efficiently.
- Working independently while having access to operational, compliance and technology support, freeing you up to focus on high-value activity, not admin.

What we're looking for
We're interested in experienced recruiters who are organised, self-motivated and enjoy building lasting relationships. You'll have:
- Agency, MSP or RPO recruitment experience, ideally in tech or fintech.
- A track record of managing full delivery cycles, from sourcing through to placement.
- Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence learning new systems and turning feedback into action quickly.
- The ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support.
This role suits recruiters moving from delivery-focused, MSP or RPO roles who are ready to build their own client relationships, as well as those who already have.
