Independent Senior Recruiter – Remote (UK)
Self-employed | Specialist markets | Build on your network
About the role
For experienced recruiters who have established genuine credibility and trust within their market and want greater control over their working conditions and client relationships. You'll join Myn as an independent Recruitment Partner, building on your existing knowledge and contacts without starting from scratch.
What you'll be doing
- Qualifying opportunities, engaging candidates, and closing placements, while Myn handles the rest
- Building and growing your own desk within your chosen specialty, if that's the direction you want
- Developing long-term candidate relationships
- Using Myn's AI-powered platform to manage activity efficiently

What we're looking for
- Significant agency or internal recruitment experience within a specialist market (such as legal, though not limited to it)
- An established professional network and market reputation you can build on
- Confident, discreet stakeholder and client management skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Able to work independently and know when to seek support
