The Opportunity

We are building a national network of commercially experienced, well-connected independent sales agents who already understand the food, hospitality, payments, EPOS, wholesale, packaging or local-business market. This opportunity is particularly suitable for established agents who already sell complementary products and services and want to add a broader restaurant technology solution to their portfolio.

You will introduce, qualify and develop opportunities with restaurant and takeaway owners. Depending on your capability and agreed level of authorisation, you may arrange demonstrations, present approved TableReady solutions, support proposal discussions and help progress customers through to activation.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and approach suitable hospitality businesses through your own relationships, field activity, referrals and prospecting methods.
  • Understand the customer's current website, ordering, POS, kitchen, reservation, marketing and supplier arrangements.
  • Identify commercial problems such as platform dependency, fragmented systems, weak repeat-customer marketing, inefficient kitchen workflows and poor supplier coordination.
  • Present TableReady accurately using approved messaging, demonstrations, pricing and sales materials.
  • Register prospects promptly in TableReady's CRM and maintain clear records of meaningful activity and next steps.
  • Arrange or participate in customer demonstrations and meetings where appropriate.
  • Work with TableReady's internal team to prepare proposals, confirm technical fit and progress onboarding.
  • Protect the customer experience by avoiding unauthorised promises, discounts, delivery dates or product claims.
  • Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, data protection and compliance standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
