I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working Arrangement
This is an independent, self-employed position.
There are no fixed working hours, prescribed prospecting methods or activity-based payment. The sales agent will manage their own time, strategy and working methods.
Payment is based solely on results through commission on completed and paid sales.
iHypnosis will provide:
- accurate product and service information;
- agreed prices and commercial terms;
- approved promotional materials where available;
- reasonable support with product-related questions;
- clear written commission terms.
The sales agent will remain responsible for sales planning, prospecting, relationship development, follow-up, negotiation and closing sales.
Commission
Commission will be agreed in writing before sales activity begins.
The applicable rate may vary according to the product, service, contract value and whether the customer was introduced and secured entirely by the sales agent.
Commission will be paid only on sales that have been completed and paid for by the customer. Payment will normally be made after any applicable cancellation, refund or return period has ended.
Recurring commission may be available for selected subscriptions, licences or continuing customer contracts.
There is no upper limit on commission earnings.
