About the Opportunity
You’ve spent years building someone else’s business. What if you used those skills to build something of your own?
I’m expanding a growing community of women building independent businesses within the travel and referral marketing industry, and I’m looking to connect with ambitious, commercially minded women who are interested in creating an additional income stream alongside their existing career, business, or family commitments.
This is not an employed position or salaried role. It is a self-employed, commission-based business opportunity where you build your own customer base and, if you choose, develop the business further through referral marketing and team building.
It may particularly suit someone with experience in sales, recruitment, business development, account management, leadership, marketing, or entrepreneurship—although previous industry experience is not essential.

What You’ll Have the Opportunity to Do:
- Build an independent travel business and earn commission on eligible travel bookings
- Develop a referral-based sales and marketing business
- Build and support a team if you choose to pursue the leadership route
- Work flexibly alongside your existing commitments
- Access established training, systems, mentorship, and community
- Develop transferable skills across sales, marketing, communication, and leadership
Important Note:
There are no guaranteed earnings. Income is commission-based and will vary depending on your activity, sales, and the way you choose to build your business.
