As demand for flexible online learning continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and self-motivated sales professionals to help expand our customer base.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced telesales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities, and working independently.
Working on a self-employed contractor basis, you will be provided with allocated sales opportunities and will be expected to develop these into long-term customer relationships.
You will have the flexibility to manage your own time and workload whilst benefiting from Twig's products, systems, and support.

What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting prospective customers by telephone and email.
- Developing and nurturing sales opportunities.
- Building your own sales pipeline.
- Managing customer enquiries.
- Following up quotations and proposals.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting occasional administrative activities where required.
You will receive allocated sales opportunities and exclusive lead data to develop and manage.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Self-motivated.
- Professional and reliable.
- Comfortable speaking to business decision makers.
- Confident using technology and CRM systems.
- Able to work independently.
- Focused on building long-term recurring revenue.
This opportunity is best suited to individuals seeking either:
- Full-time engagement; or
- A substantial part-time commitment.
It is unlikely to suit applicants seeking only occasional or minimal involvement.
Experience Required
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' telesales or business development experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- IT literacy and confidence using online systems.
- Permanent UK residency.

- Training sector experience.
- SaaS, LMS or subscription sales experience.
- LinkedIn networking experience.
Home Office Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A suitable home-working environment.
- Reliable broadband connection.
- Modern laptop or desktop computer.
- USB headset suitable for VoIP communications.

Important Information
This is a self-employed, commission-based contractor opportunity.
Applicants should be financially able to support themselves whilst building their sales pipeline and commission income.
Contractors are expected to actively engage with allocated opportunities and maintain a consistent level of sales activity.
Successful applicants will be required to sign:
- Contractor Registration & Confidentiality Agreement
- Data Processing Agreement
before receiving access to customer data, lead allocation, CRM systems, or company resources.
