About Lux Living Group
Lux Living Group is a growing UK-based, trade-only luxury vinyl flooring brand specialising in high-quality SPC click flooring. Our business is built around three core values: Quality, Service, and Competitive Pricing. We offer a carefully selected range of flooring products, including our Classics SPC plank collection and KlickHaus SPC plank and tile collections.
As we continue to grow our presence across the UK, we're looking for experienced, motivated Independent Sales Agents to help us develop new relationships with builders' merchants, flooring retailers, and property developers.
The Opportunity
We're looking for established sales professionals with experience in the flooring, building materials, or construction sectors who are interested in representing a growing flooring brand. This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity with uncapped commission potential and the opportunity to build recurring earnings from repeat customer business.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders' merchants, flooring retailers, and developers.
- Introduce and promote LLG's Classics and KlickHaus flooring collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers.
- Generate sales and encourage repeat orders.
- Arrange product presentations, customer meetings, and sampling opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on sales opportunities and customer feedback.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
- Ideally, an established network within builders' merchants, flooring, building materials, or construction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to generating new business.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own customer relationships.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your agreed territory.
- Experience selling flooring products is advantageous but not essential.
Commission and Support
We offer a competitive, uncapped commission structure:
- Repeat business commission
- Agents receive full commission on qualifying sales from their approved customer accounts for the first 12 months.
- From month 13, commission continues at 75% of the original rate while the agent remains actively involved in managing the customer relationship.
- There is no cap on potential commission earnings.

LLG provides:
- Product samples and marketing materials.
- Product information and training.
- Competitive trade pricing.
- Stock availability and delivery support.
- Customer order processing, invoicing, and customer service.
Agent Referral Scheme
We also welcome introductions to other experienced sales professionals who may be interested in representing LLG. We offer a referral bonus of up to £250 per successful agent introduction:
- £100 when the referred agent achieves their first 1,000 sqm of qualifying paid sales.
- A further £150 when they achieve 2,500 sqm of cumulative qualifying paid sales.
Milestones must be achieved within the referred agent's first six months, and introductions must be registered and accepted by LLG beforehand.
Working With Other Brands
As an independent agent, you may represent other non-competing products and brands. However, agents must not represent or promote competing LVT or SPC click flooring suppliers within their agreed LLG territory or allocated accounts without prior written consent.
