Independent Aesthetics Sales Agents – UK Wide

Location: UK Wide

Role: Self-Employed Independent Sales Agent

Sector: Professional Aesthetics

Company Description

Integra Aesthetics Pro is a professional aesthetics distribution and education company, created by practitioners, for practitioners.

Founded by experienced aesthetics professionals Ian Walker and Abigail Frampton, Integra Aesthetics Pro combines carefully selected professional products with structured education, treatment protocols and ongoing practitioner support.

We believe supplying a product is only the beginning of the relationship.

Through product-led education, masterclasses, webinars, professional events and practical clinical guidance, we support practitioners in understanding how products can be incorporated appropriately into treatment protocols and successfully introduced into their clinics.

Our growing professional portfolio spans categories including PLLA collagen stimulators, skin boosters, mesotherapy solutions, dermal fillers, professional skincare, chemical peels and selected aesthetic devices.

As part of the next stage of our growth, we are developing a carefully selected UK-wide network of experienced independent sales agents who share our relationship-led approach to professional aesthetics.

Role Description

We are looking for experienced Independent Sales Agents across the UK to develop and manage defined regional territories for Integra Aesthetics Pro.

This is a self-employed, territory-based opportunity suited to individuals who understand professional aesthetics and are confident building long-term commercial relationships with aesthetics clinics, practitioners and other relevant professional businesses.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with accounts across your territory.

The role will include:

  • Visiting aesthetics clinics and practitioners throughout your territory
  • Introducing and presenting the Integra Aesthetics Pro portfolio
  • Developing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Understanding individual clinic requirements and identifying relevant product opportunities
  • Communicating product information, education and treatment protocols responsibly
  • Supporting clinics with the successful introduction of new products and treatments
  • Developing and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Following up leads and converting opportunities into long-term accounts
  • Supporting product launches, masterclasses, webinars and professional events
  • Working closely with the Integra Aesthetics Pro education and marketing teams
  • Providing feedback and market insight from your territory
  • Representing Integra Aesthetics Pro professionally and consistently

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is not simply a transactional sales role. We want our agents to understand the clinics they work with, build trusted relationships and become a knowledgeable connection between practitioners and our wider education and support team.

Qualifications & Experience

We would particularly like to hear from candidates who have:

  • Strong sales, account-management and relationship-building experience within aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device or another relevant professional sector
  • Existing relationships with aesthetics clinics and practitioners within their region
  • A good understanding of the professional aesthetics market
  • Experience in consultative, relationship-led sales
  • Confidence presenting professional products and communicating technical information
  • The ability to independently develop and manage a defined regional territory
  • Strong organisation, communication and commercial skills
  • Experience using CRM, email, presentations and other standard business tools
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly throughout their territory

Previous experience as an independent aesthetics sales agent, medical aesthetics representative, pharmaceutical representative or medical device sales professional would be particularly beneficial.

A clinical or professional background within aesthetics or healthcare is advantageous but not essential where strong relevant commercial experience can be demonstrated.

Multi-Brand Agents Welcome

We recognise that some of the strongest independent agents within the professional aesthetics sector already represent established brands.

We are therefore open to working with experienced multi-brand agents who currently represent complementary products or services, provided existing representation does not create a material commercial conflict.

Our aim is to build a network of experienced professionals with established relationships in their territories — not simply appoint the greatest number of agents.

What Integra Aesthetics Pro Provides

Our agents will not simply be handed a catalogue and price list.

You will be supported with:

  • Structured product education and onboarding
  • Treatment protocols and clinical product knowledge
  • Professional marketing materials
  • Campaign and launch support
  • Access to masterclasses, webinars and professional education
  • Opportunities to support events and product launches
  • Ongoing communication with our clinical, education and commercial teams
  • A growing portfolio of professional aesthetics products
  • The opportunity to develop and manage a defined regional territory as part of our national expansion

Interested?

If you are an experienced independent sales professional with established relationships within the aesthetics industry and believe you could develop a territory within our growing UK-wide network, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Please apply with details of your sales experience, geographical coverage, existing aesthetics industry relationships (or closely associated) and any brands or product categories you currently represent.

All initial conversations will be treated confidentially.
