Independent Sales Representative (Commission-Only) – Squash, Padel & Fitness Equipment
Please note: this is a commission-only, independent contractor position. There is no base salary. It is not an employment role.
About VELNUZ SPORTS
VELNUZ SPORTS is a Singapore-based company supplying all-glass squash courts, padel courts and commercial fitness equipment to clubs, facility operators and project buyers internationally. We coordinate specifications, China-based manufacturing and delivery for each project.
About the Role
We are looking for an independent sales representative to introduce our products to sports facility buyers in your local market. You will work remotely and manage your own schedule, with technical, pricing and quotation support from our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach buyers of sports facilities, such as squash and padel clubs, sports centres, gyms, hotels and resorts, schools and universities, property developers, architects and contractors
- Introduce our all-glass squash, padel and fitness equipment using materials provided by us
- Register qualified leads and enquiries with our sales team
- Support clients through the specification, quotation and order stages
- Share local market insights, such as upcoming projects and new venue openings

Requirements
- Experience or a network in sports facilities, fitness equipment, construction, interior fit-out, architecture, hospitality or B2B sales (any one is sufficient)
- Existing contacts with club owners, facility operators, developers or project consultants in your market
- Good business English; other languages are a plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable with longer project sales cycles
- Honest and professional communication with clients

Compensation
- Commission-only: 5% of the payment received from each confirmed order you bring in
- Commission is paid after we receive the customer's payment
- No base salary, no guaranteed income
- Terms are set out in a written agreement
Important
- There is no fee of any kind to apply or to work with us
- This role does not involve recruiting other representatives
- Representatives are independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes
