About the Role
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Independent Sales Representative to help expand our client base and drive new business through established relationships and in-person client engagement. This is not a cold-calling or email-driven sales role. Instead, you will leverage your existing professional network and trusted client relationships to generate opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
If you are a self-starter who thrives on commissions, owns your schedule, relationship-focused sales professional and loves closing deals, this could be a great fit.
What You Will Do
- Develop new business opportunities through your existing network of clients and professional contacts.
- Sell digital design services including game development, web development, and 3D design to existing and prospective clients.
- Meet with clients in person if need be or remote to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and increase sales.
- Coordinate with the manager to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial engagement through implementation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, phone conversations, and relationship-building activities.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven success in sales driven by existing client relationships rather than cold outreach.
- An established network of business contacts and decision-makers within your target market.
- Digital literacy is a plus: Related to design, a basic understanding of tools and the technologies they are using (such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, Web Game, SEO, and UI/UX) etc. is an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence conducting face-to-face meetings and developing trust with clients.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Professional, dependable, and results-oriented.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Independent Sales Representative or similar client-facing sales role.
- Demonstrated history of generating revenue through referrals, repeat business, and existing relationships.
- Experience working on a commission-based or independent contractor basis is an advantage.
