Company Description
Tabletop Adaptations turns established and finished tabletop games into fully playable web based digital products. We work with publishers and designers to create dedicated browser versions of their games where the software can handle the rules, turns, game state, cards, player interactions and multiplayer systems.
Depending on the game, adaptations can also include player accounts, statistics, rankings, tournaments, spectator systems, publisher administration, playtesting, validation and future expansion development.
A digital adaptation can become a commercial product in its own right while also supporting remote play, community events, demonstrations, organised play and continued engagement with the physical game.
Every project is individually assessed and scoped. We deliberately take on a limited number of adaptations so we can remain closely involved in each game and the quality of the finished product.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Description
We are looking for an independent sales representative to help us identify and connect with established tabletop game publishers and designers whose games could benefit from a dedicated digital adaptation.
The role is primarily focused on finding suitable prospects, identifying the right decision makers, making initial contact, following up with interested prospects and generating qualified opportunities.
You will be introducing a specialist service rather than selling a fixed package. Every game is different, so technical assessment, project scope, pricing and final proposals are handled directly by Tabletop Adaptations.
This is an independent, remote and flexible role suited to someone who is comfortable managing their own prospecting and building genuine relationships within the tabletop games industry.
Compensation is commission based on successfully acquired client revenue. Individual adaptations can represent substantial development projects, so we are interested in quality opportunities rather than high volume outreach.
