We're looking for motivated individuals ready to build their own flexible, remote travel business, helping clients plan unforgettable cruises, Disney vacations, and Caribbean all-inclusive getaways, on a schedule you control.
This isn't a 9-to-5 customer service job. It's an opportunity to become an independent business owner within an established travel team, with training, mentorship, and supplier support already in place, so you're not starting from zero.
What You'll Do
- Consult with clients to plan and book travel, including cruises, Disney vacations, and all-inclusive resort stays
- Research destinations and suppliers to match client goals and budgets
- Guide clients through booking, confirmations, and trip details
- Build a client base and grow repeat and referral business over time
- Complete initial training and ongoing team development sessions

Who Thrives in This Role
- Self-motivated people who want ownership over their time and income potential is tied to effort, not a set salary
- Strong communicators who enjoy helping others plan meaningful experiences
- Comfortable learning new systems and working independently
- Prior sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus — not required
- Genuine interest in travel
Compensation & Structure
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor (1099) opportunity. There is no base salary or hourly wage. You are building your own book of business; commission varies by supplier and booking type and is covered in full during your first call.
